All rates include, state filing fee, corporate formation with the state, Operating/Partnership Agreement or By-Laws, and acquisition of your companies EIN number with the IRS. An optional final consultation is also provided at the end of the process free of charge.
Our rates are a one time flat fee, no gimmicks, or hidden fees. After an initial consultation, an itemized invoice will be prepared showing the costs along with a questionnaire for any additional information required. Upon receipt of payment, we get started right away to get your company formed. It is that simple.
All documents are submitted to you electronically. Hard copies can be sent my mail, free of charge per request.
