All corporate packages include, formation with the state, agreement or bylaws, and Federal EIN number for your corporate entity. Business licenses or any other qualifications that may be required by the county, township or city where the business is located are not included in the start up package, but can be obtained for an additional fee. There will be no refunds once the corporate entity registration has been submitted to the State for filing. No changes can be made to the corporate registration application once it has been submitted for filing. All documents must be reviewed by the customer before signing.
